WonderBotz Legal Terms

Notice: Absent a separate signed agreement, these terms govern the commercial relationship between WonderBotz and you. We reserve the right to update the terms on www.wonderbotz.com at any time without prior written notice. Last update was made on September 13, 2026. Please refer to our third-party software providers terms for their update policy.

Service Agreements and Definitions

WonderBotz’s relies on several agreements contingent on how we provide you software and services. Depending on what you have procured, different agreements and descriptions will apply.

Master Agreement

If an Order references the Master Agreement and the parties have not separately signed one, the Master Agreement available at the links below applies and is incorporated by reference, as if signed by the parties.

The Master Agreement applies to Services only, including any Services delivered in connection with a resale transaction. It does not apply to the resale of third-party products.

Managed Capabilities Description

The Managed Capabilities description explains how Software and Services are delivered as a WonderBotz Subscription under Annexes 1 and 2 of the Master Agreement. It applies to the extent referenced in an Order and should be read to understand how the Subscription is delivered to you.

Data Subprocessors

WonderBotz, LLC uses certain third-party service providers, including ABBYY, Amazon Web Services (“AWS”), Druid AI, Invoke Inc., Microsoft Azure, SS&C|Blue Prism, Tungsten Automation and UiPath (each, a “Subprocessor”), to process customer data on behalf of WonderBotz customers. Such processing is performed in accordance with the applicable contracts between WonderBotz and each Subprocessor and is intended to support and uphold WonderBotz’s contractual commitments to its customers.

Invoke Consulting (Aria Brand)

Invoke Consulting may be used by WonderBotz to provide customers with access to Aria Orchestrator or Aria Cloud capabilities.

– Aria Orchestrator provides an application used to manage automation capabilities.
– Aria Cloud provides a managed cloud environment, hosted on AWS or Azure, to host, manage, and run software.

WonderBotz focuses on security with every service and software we deliver to you. Below you can find agreements and security attestations to ensure the security our our relationship.

SOC 2 Reports

WonderBotz possess both SOC 2 Type I and SOC 2 Type II certifications.

AICPA System and Organization Controls (SOC) reports provide independent assurance to global customers in highly regulated industries who trust WonderBotz with their most sensitive data.

WonderBotz has engaged an independent certified public accounting firm to examine controls relevant to American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Trust Services Criteria for security, availability, and confidentiality relevant to the WonderBotz solution offerings and issue SOC 2® reports.


Compliance

At WonderBotz, compliance is treated seriously. We make efforts every day to make sure compliance is integrated into our processes and behaviors.

We strongly encourage our employees and our partners (customers, agents, suppliers, etc.) to act in compliance with the applicable legislation and with the UiPath Code of Conduct.

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Statement

WonderBotz adheres to a Zero Tolerance approach towards corruption and bribery. We do not bribe and cannot be bribed, and we do not engage in situations that might leave the impression of corrupt practices.

To make sure that these standards reach all our personnel, we created an Anti-Bribery program which consists of an Anti-Bribery Policy that is published and disseminated internally; an annual training for all personnel, making sure that Anti-Bribery provisions are always included in the agreements we undertake.

Our policy specifically references that all Gifts and Hospitalities must be modest, transparent, of low value and in accordance with the laws. WonderBotz prohibits the offering of anything, regardless of the value, with the corrupt intention to obtain an unfair advantage for WonderBotz.

Anti-Slavery and Anti-Human Trafficking Statement

WonderBotz recognizes the seriousness and importance of combatting modern slavery and human trafficking. With respect to its employees and the operations of its business, WonderBotz is committed to ensuring the highest standards of welfare, safety and business practice, in accordance with all relevant legislation.

Export Control

WonderBotz is keen on complying with export control regulations and therefore we expect every 3rd party we do business with to abide by all export control regulations as set forth by (i) the U.S. Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR), U.S. Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or other requirements of the U.S. Government; (ii) European Commission regulations; (iii) United Nations Security Council resolutions (the “Export Control Regulations”) regulating the export and reexport of the WonderBotz Solutions. We also expect our business partners not to be named on any Export Control Regulations list of restricted parties and not to be involved in dealings with entities and individuals that are sanctioned or that are located in countries subject to trade embargoes or economic sanctions.
