Do Backstop hours expire if I don’t use them?
Yes. Although some carryover is permitted, the monthly expiration encourages use. Standard contracts include 40 hours per month. If you’re on a 12-month engagement, you can carry over some hours from one month to the next. Future hours can always be accelerated for early use.
