Other WonderBotz names, logos, and product marks are trademarks of WonderBotz LLC. Third-party names and marks (including those of our technology partners) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

4. Unsolicited submissions

WonderBotz does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, proposals, concepts, materials, or creative works. If you submit them despite this request, you agree that WonderBotz has no obligation to treat them as confidential or proprietary and may use them without restriction or compensation.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. WonderBotz does not control and is not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those sites, and links do not imply endorsement.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WonderBotz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, and WonderBotz’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100). These limitations apply to the Site only and do not affect the terms of any separate written commercial agreement between you and WonderBotz.

We may update these Terms from time to time. 10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises or it is permanently barred.
