Strategy and Roadmap Development for RPA Business Analysts (1-2 days)

​Equips RPA business analysts from setting strategy through defining and documenting processes for developers. Participants should have completed basic training on their selected RPA tool.

Objectives

  • Assess organizational RPA readiness and build alignment
  • Identify and qualify RPA candidate processes
  • Build and manage the automation backlog
  • Master key documents, including PDD for hand-off to developers
  • Design user acceptance testing (UAT)

Delivery

Option 1: Instructor-led classroom setting at your location

  • Delivery: ​​Instruction and group exercises as part of 1-2 day agenda

Option 2: Instructor-led in virtual online setting

  • Delivery: Instruction is delivered at set times. We are setting schedules to enable participants to work their day jobs while taking training.
  • Recorded playback will be available for participants who miss a session

Prerequisites

  • ​​​​Understand the processes within an organization
  • Completion of Robotics 101 or equivalent
  • Complete pre-reading and exercises prior to class
