This hospitality firm’s remote audit process determines whether each hotel’s activities, services, and resources are being managed efficiently and effectively. Auditors undertake this process by generating nearly a dozen reports from the company’s Property Management System (PMS), manually assessing the information, and preparing for an audit. This labor-intensive process was carried out by a large team, but the PMS system was frequently slow to process and struggled to keep up with the demand from the team.

When auditors are ready to perform a review, they trigger the automation on-demand via email. Upon this request, the bot zips all the required reports into a single file and uploads it to the revenue and compliance system. Once all items have been processed, the automation generates a completion report and emails it to team members.
