Company Profile
Spectra is a telecom and internet services provider running a fiber and connectivity network for enterprise and retail subscribers. Its go-to-market depends on a high-tempo daily sales cadence, where relationship and investment account managers work pipeline and account risk in real time and follow-up discipline directly shapes revenue.
Challenge
One team lead carried every meeting's follow-up
One team lead carried the entire post-meeting routine for a daily sales cadence: checking which relationship and investment account manager meetings had happened, pulling each transcript, and running it through a basic feedback tool. Nothing captured the action items, the owners, or the deadlines, so commitments surfaced in the room and then quietly faded.
The operation already ran 14 meetings a day across roughly 18 managers, and volume was expected to reach 40 within months. Without automation, follow-up would break under the load and leadership would lose visibility into risks and blockers at exactly the moment the business was scaling.
Solution
From meeting transcript to tracked task, automatically
Our client engaged WonderBotz, which leveraged proprietary frameworks and accelerators to replace the manual routine with end-to-end agentic automation. The workflow confirms from Microsoft Teams signals whether each meeting occurred, ingests the transcript, and applies a reasoning step built on Anthropic’s Claude that maps the discussion against a five-part sales framework, identifies attendees, flags at-risk accounts and blockers, and extracts every action item with an owner and a deadline. Prompt engineering tuned the analysis for mixed English and Hindi-English speech.
Within 15 minutes of each meeting, every account manager receives a feedback email, every action item posts to ClickUp and is tracked to closure, and leadership sees daily and weekly reporting on meeting occurrence and task status. The analysis holds around 90% accuracy across English and mixed Hindi-English speech, and it saves roughly five minutes of manual effort per meeting, about 25 hours a month at the current cadence. The same automation is built to carry the team from 14 meetings a day to 40 without added headcount.
