Challenge

Worldwide hospitality firm generates a monthly performance report for its over 6,000 locations. This was a time-consuming process that connected to multiple different reporting systems. Hiring additional resources to complete the process was not economically feasible, and the resources responsible for generating the reporting packages needed to catch up with their workload. The finance team wanted a scalable solution that could produce report packages for the various locations and do so at a higher frequency.

Solution
