Each year, the organization files hundreds of property trust reports across more than 40 regions in North America. A team would generate reports used as inputs to create state reporting packages. This was a complicated, time-consuming process made more challenging due to ongoing organizational and business changes. Leadership wanted an automated process that the business team at the company could manage that eliminated the preparation steps that took up so much time.
