Blue Prism License – Levels of Maintenance
A Blue Prism License has three levels of maintenance:
- There’s a Basic Level that comes with all licenses. It gives you access to a knowledge base.
- A Production Support level. This is for when your business runs on one time zone, 5 days a week, not 24/7 globally.
- And a Business Critical level, where your processes are running globally and around the clock.
Production Support and Business Critical each have different SLAs, so you need to align with your business requirements.
With either Production Support or the Business Critical support, you get access to all the product extensions. These are not available with the basic support.
